ASIA radio, model SUPER 38. Year : 1938.

3 band: SW, LW, MW. Superhet 455kHz, tuning indicator. Colored celluloïd dial. Varnish wood cabinet, aluminium decorations. Only one loudspeaker, at the left of the dial. Bakelite knobs.

Tube set: 6K7, 6A8, 6K7, 6Q7, 6V6, 80, 6E5. This radio is originally fitted with a LF «compensated» feed back on the output stage. It's a band-cut function, centered on the medium audible frequencies. The result is good, easy listening without the harsh sound we can sometimes hear on some old radios.

Despite its special look, it's one of my favourites...

3 band: SW, LW, MW. Glass dial with back-light.

Status dec. 2007: repaired but no renewed.

ASIA, model Starlett. Year : 1950.

2 band: LW, MW. Bakelite bax. This model can be found under lot of other brands.

Status dec. 2007 : in discover condition.

ASIA radio, unknown model. Year : +/- 1930.

Totally unknown model, visible only on one exhibition picture. Never found in this brand documents...
